Refund policy

Before you launch: replace [SUPPORT EMAIL] and [BUSINESS NAME]. Then honour this policy exactly as written — a guarantee you argue about costs more in chargebacks than it ever saves in refunds.

How it works

1. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout.
2. We process the refund through Stripe, usually the same day and always within three working days.
3. Your bank puts the money back on the card you paid with. That leg is out of our hands and typically takes 5–10 working days.
4. Your access to the course ends when the refund is issued.

You don't have to have a reason

"It wasn't what I expected", "I don't have time", "I already knew this" — all fine. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you don't want.

What we ask instead

Not a condition, just a request: if something specific was wrong, tell us in a line. It's the only way the course gets better, and we read every one.

After 30 days

The guarantee window closes at 30 days from purchase. After that we don't refund as a rule — but if something has genuinely gone wrong, email us anyway and we will look at it. We would rather fix a real problem than hide behind a date.

If you can't get into the course

That's a support problem, not a refund problem, and it is usually fixed in a minute. Get a fresh access link at the access page, or email us and we will sort it out personally.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund takes us minutes; a chargeback takes months, costs us a fee, and gets you your money no faster. We have never refused a refund inside the window.
